Cancellation policy

Orders, 50% Deposit Orders & Pre-Orders

We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. Please review this policy carefully before completing checkout.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aerotwentythree.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

All products include a minimum 12-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional damage.

If a refund is approved due to a verified faulty or damaged item, it will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

50% Deposit Orders (Carbon Fibre Mirrors)

Certain products are available with a 50% deposit option.

A 50% deposit is charged at the time of purchase.

The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged 30 days after the initial order date using the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the deposit.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, as production begins immediately.

Failed Balance Payment

If the automatic balance payment is unsuccessful:

We will contact you to arrange payment.

Your product will be held for 60 days from the date of our initial contact.

If payment is not received within this 60-day period, the order will be cancelled.

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders apply to items that are not currently in stock but will be available at a future date.

Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, depending on the product.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfillment.

A 20% restocking fee (calculated from the full order amount) will apply to any pre-order cancellation.

Once a pre-order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
