We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please take a moment to review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aerotwentythree.com along with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Warranty

All products include a minimum 12-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional damage.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a faulty or damaged item, we’ll let you know once the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
