I reached out via email with a few questions, and they were responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
We also requested to have the mirrors painted, and they were able to match the OEM color of my husband’s car perfectly (for an additional cost). Once the painting was complete, the mirrors arrived within 3–5 business days. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast everything was, and the quality exceeded our expectations. My husband was thrilled with the gift, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience!
Ordered the carbon nsx mirrors. Was notified when they were being shipped. They showed up quickly from half way around the world. Zero issues with customs bc they did all the paperwork correctly. Mirrors look amazing. Quality looks great. 100% recommend.
Excellent quality, very suprised at how light the mirrors are. Took longer than displayed lead time but communication was great which is rare these days especially in the automobile industry!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Excellent customer service, they gave me information before I even made the choice to send my original ganadors to them for a rebuild. They handled the rebuild and the repaint in a very reasonable time and price, any other sets I get in the future will be sent to them right away!
